Pedestrian Walk Ways
Layered- ten day old kittens from our friends.
This week, let’s explore the interplay of texture and depth.
It’s been a rough two years for me. Homeless and finding my day as each day passes by.
Taking college classes and trying to stay alert. It’s crazy but I worry more about my cats than I do myself. I will feed them first and me last. I wonder how many of us are out there in the world desperate for a new start?! Bless you for stopping by, Jackie

This week, share something that satisfies you. The sign is from the Andy Griffith TV show. Look at the price of a HAIRCUT: 1.25!!!!
This week, share a photo of something that brings you satisfaction. It can be monumental, minor, or something in between. We can’t wait to see your contributions.

What a great challenge. And it’s good to know I’m not the only one who gets a kick out of stationery… but here’s mine https://castelsarrasin.wordpress.com/2017/07/26/satisfaction-weekly-photo-challenge/
My contribution to this challenge is at https://datosatutiplen.wordpress.com/2017/07/26/satisfaction-for-live/
Okay, thanks for stopping by my blog. From October of 2016 to April 15th I was in OHIO. I loved it there, but there were no jobs for me. I am in College to get my Human Resource Degree (Masters). I love to learn and study new things, and I love the challenge of being 50 years old and going back to college.
Low and behold, where I lived in Ohio, our cousins “got separated.” I moved him to Florida, Jacksonville. There were cousins there to let us all stay with them. That lasted a month! I went out of my mind. Florida is too hot for me. I had to take a job cleaning a hotel. It was the worst job I ever had in my entire life, but I had to make money to get back to Ohio, to get my three cats, and then go to Illinois, where I had a Cosmetology job lined up.
The kicker is that after 13 hours of being on the road from FL to OH- we hit a DEER! It was not too bad but enough to scare the bejeezees out of me! We kept going. Mind you our breaks were badly needing a new set on the front. It was a miracle we made it to OHIO. We did get the cats and left for IL. The worst part was going through the Chicago Skyline area! Tollway. So on May 15th I believe we got into IL, the day of Easter..or was it Sunday?
We had little money.
We stayed with friends for a month.
Then moved 2x’s since then. Now it is the end of July, and almost August when the kids go back to school.
I am studying a lot, learning a lot. Praying to find a place to live…permanently.
